Oceanbadet - Competition for a swimming hall in Helsingborg

The starting point lies in the site-specific qualities of the historic coastal town, in the tension between the industrial harbor area and the city's historic core. Oceanbadet will have a unique position in the emerging district and will leave a strong mark on the public space around the harbor basin. Its iconic qualities provide a strong individual identity that becomes a clear hallmark and contributes to strengthening the brand of Helsingborg.

As part of the team of architects at Yellon, my role in this project was integral to shaping the design concept. I actively participated in weekly design meetings, contributing to the exploration and refinement of ideas through schematic testing on 3D models. Furthermore, I maintained ongoing dialogue with our collaboration team, Lund + Slaato arkitekter, in Oslo, including architects and landscape architects, to ensure alignment with urban concepts guiding our work.
